3. Booking and Payment

3.2 Payment Terms

4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to the full service fee.

7. Insurance
While we take every precaution to protect your belongings, clients are advised to secure their own insurance coverage for high-value items. Croydon Man with Van offers basic liability coverage, but it may not cover all potential losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Croydon.
